Experiencia fantástica: Excellent displays, I wish I would have more time to spend there. If you don't like this place, you probably hate science. As for the rude reviews, I would like to know which display you thought was wrong in your opinion and why. As for the people who believe in Darwinian evolutionism, and don't even want people to see the museum, why do you care what people believe anyways, there is no such thing as a moral right and wrong, and you are just particles in motion.

Experiencia fantástica: I love how detailed they explains facts of dinosaurs and creation of earth. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I found the Big Valley Creation Science Museum to have a high degree of excellence not only in the displays, but in the attention to detail and focus on provable repeatable science. Our visit there with our three young children was awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a love for science and the study of earths past. We went to the Royal Tyrell Museum after and we were so happy we went to the BVCSM first because our experience at the Royal Tyrell was so much better with the insights we received during our visit to he Big Valley Creation Science Museum! I must see whether your religious or not. It is refreshing to see testable science being displayed and not blind assumptions and speculation being touted as fact as I see in most museums! Well done guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Very informative place and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend especially if you have gone to the Royal Tyrell Museum as it nicely gives a thought provoking alternative.

Experiencia fantástica: As far I am concerned, using the words "creation," "science," and "museum" together... there was no way this place wasn't going to be a win. The fact that it is located conveniently between the Burgess Shale and the Royal Tyrell? Comedy gold! A monument to human stupidity that should not be missed.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow . . . just wow. I knew it would be mind blowing by the name, using the words 'creation' and 'science' to describe this "museum" in itself is good for a laugh. You don't need a background in science to see the discrepancies and fallacies in the "museum's" claims, just a 6th grade science class or you know . . . logical thinking. I would recommend this place for comedic experience however I disagree with supporting these idiots finacially. The one last thing that I can say is my visit to the museum did give me an urge to start praying to God, but only for the fate of humanity and the human race as these people continue to procreate and spread their special brand of stupidity.

Experiencia fantástica: So much knowledge combined with dad jokes. I mean how can you go wrong with that! Seriously glad we came and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: There are those who do not wish to see evidence which contradicts their worldview. This museum houses such evidence, which demonstrates to any reasonable individual that what has been drilled into their brains in school, including university, television, magazines, etc. is nothing more than pure fantasy—blind faith. If you are open to seeing evidence which contradicts the humanistic worldview which pervades society, then you must go to the Big Valley Creation Science Museum. Many refuse to see what they cannot accept. Come with an open mind. There is indeed evidence presented at this museum which cannot be explained, except for the conclusion that the worldview with which we have been presented must be wrong. Do you know where you came from? Do you know why you are here? Do you know where you are going when you die? This world did not happen by chance. Your cellular machinery (within the cells of your body) could not have made itself through the inherent properties of chemistry, matter, and time. The Big Valley Creation Science Museum is well worth a visit, if you are actually interested in truth.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't want theories, I don't want to hear maybe, possibly, or could've been, I want the truth for myself and my family, and I wasn't disappointed. The world would have you believe anything but the truth. Here we heard the science behind the age of the earth, real science, observable, testable and repeatable, not the media and education systems version which is based virtually entirely on theories and opinions. Just take a minute and ask yourself, why would the majority of scientists lie to you? God created the world in 6 literal days and then sin entered through one mam Adam and through Jesus Christ alone is there salvation. We all have lied, stolen, and even blasphemed the Lord of creation and because of this we are all guilty before God. We deserve God's judgment, we deserve to die. Only through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross is there forgiveness of sin. Reconciliation comes only through repentance(turning from sin to God) and faith in the Son of God. For by grace have you been saved, through faith. I do hope that the gospel of Jesus Christ will be shared at the Creation museum. It is the only hope. Thankyou for the information and your passion in sharing it. Now go and tell everyone the way of salvation. God bless.

Experiencia fantástica: Jenn and I drove in from Calgary for a day trip. Harry made a special visit and gave a few hours of his time to tour of the museum during the offseason. He took the time to go through each of the exhibits that detail the current evidence. Was nice to chat and we have enjoyed going through the books, will watch the movies next. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: I was on a road trip back from Edmonton and wanted to stop by a gas station and my wife and I stumbled across this place unexpectedly. I am a fundamentalist Baptist so immediately I was excited. Got to meet the owner Harry and he was very pleasant, funny, knowledgeable and gave us such an awesome experience. I am already pretty aware of young earth creationism already but still I learned a lot! I get a kick out of some of the reviews on here because they complain about how they were being preached at/didn't get a chance to speak. I find that ridiculous because what kind of a museum/tour do you go to and the guy running the tour let's the audience take over? You're going there to learn HIS ideology so don't expect to usurp his authority and start blabbing on about your ideas. If you visit this place just sit there, take it in and bring up your grievances after the presentation is done. God bless this ministry. Highly recommend, especially for saved brethren but also those curious about Christ and creationism :)

Experiencia fantástica: My family stopped in Big Valley to visit the Creation Museum on our way to the Royal Tyrrell museum, from British Columbia. We staid for hours. Harry is a wealth of information, you can see this is his passion. Our visit to the Creation Museum was the highlight of our trip to Alberta.

Experiencia fantástica: Small museum but jam packed with I information! Nice to speak with someone who has actually been on digs and laid out very well. Would recommend for anyone that wants to know evolutionism vs creationism. The truth is in the fossils!

Experiencia fantástica: All the best and latest nuggets amazingly packed into a small space which proves to the thinking person the concept of intelligent design.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and very informative experience! Our guide is very passionate and yes, he is about debunking the theory of evolution and raising interest in a Creator. My in-laws, myself and my kids all enjoyed the tour and the exhibits in the small museum. We went, after going to the Tyrrell. Definitely will recommend. Our world is very diverse, and differing views and those who defend each, make it very interesting; however, lots and lots of evidence point to the falsification of the theory of evolution, and exclaim an intelligent designer. My huge takeaway is that there is proof dinosaurs were still alive and roaming the earth as late as only 3000 years ago!

Experiencia fantástica: Very interesting, informative, with a guide who's passion is obviously to spread the evidence of creation, and proof of a Creator. Excellent place for any atheist or Bible critic to go, Harey will have an answer for you I'm sure. The children too found the 2 hour tour to be very engaging and informative. They were challenged to understand scientific phrases and big words, answer questions, and stay focused on what he was talking about. We homeschool, and so we are always looking for experiences that educate the children, this was definitely worth the trip! We had been looking for an opportunity to go to the museum for several years already, and were quite surprised at how small the building was! But the size does not dampen the experience. We were very thankful and blessed, and would recommend this for anyone else who's searching for truth. May the Lord continue to bless your mission Harey!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great museum, worth seeing if your in the Drumheller area! Our guide was very informative and engaged the kids (4 kids aged 7-11 were kept interested for over 2 hours) He showed so much scientific evidence that backed the creation story from Genesis and the flood.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is incredible. A huge amount of information in a small area. The presentation is quite intense, but the scientific evidence is astounding.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic! A lot packed in to this little building. Had a personal tour and learned a lot. It's great to have something to go to that explains dinosaurs from a biblical view. Super refreshing and great to go to after the Tyrell Museum.

Jordan Davies 6 years ago

Experiencia fantástica: We went here after visiting the Royal Tyrrell Museum, and it was incredible to see the difference in both interpretations of existence. I'd highly recommend visiting the creation museum, so you can make an informed decision, instead of getting one side of the story force fed to you. Harry was also really funny - my son loved the antics, but truly, this man knows his history and science. We had a great in-depth chat about every aspect of life, which was honestly, quite fascinating.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely Alberta’s best kept secret when it comes to Museums. Royal Tyrell is usually the go to for dinosaur tourists but this museum was a little diamond hidden in the prairies. We came here by making a reservation and had the guide take us through every display in detail. Very knowledgeable and very passionate about the material, you will learn an awful lot about geology, dinosaurs and evolution. It should be clear when you come in that it’s presenting from a Biblical creation model, but as I’m sure many people discover, that by no means isn’t scientific or not based on evidence. The museum is very small (no bigger than a small house) but the tour is quite elaborate. We spent about 4 hours going through everything and never felt bored (and that’s considering I’ve spent less time at Tyrell and gotten more bored). The displays are very professional, very informative, and the layout is very user friendly. It only cost each of us $5 (prices vary by demographic/group) but the tour is really worth way more than that. All of us thought the presentation exceeded our expectations. It should be noted that the many negative reviews found in various places (here, trip advisor, Yelp, etc) are commonly made by people who never set foot in the museum (the owner and guide confirmed that). It’s a long way to go but it’s a tour that’s great for families, Christians, skeptics (he’s had quite a few) and anyone who likes to be challenged in their thinking. Would recommend this to all my friends and family. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely fascinating, if you've ever wanted to explore an alternate theory of the universe please make the trip to Big Valley. My family and I stopped after visiting the Tyrell the day prior, fantastic way to end our trip.

Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriend and I learned more here than we did at royal tyrell. Harry was too kind and gave us a well rounded tour of the exhibits. Five stars, will recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great museum, well curated and well constructed and good layout, had a great conversation there. Just be prepared for attempted indoctrination. I was called closed minded because he couldnt clearly answer my questions. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend checking it out no matter what your beliefs a

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing, informative and thought provoking in the most mind blowing counter-cultural way! You will certainly learn nothing new here if you already know everything. Many blessings on you for standing up for truth in the face of overwhelming opposition! That takes a lot of courage. Be as a Barean and continue to uncover the truth in your own search of the scriptures as well as what science reveals of God's creation.

Experiencia fantástica: The museum has excellent displays which explain the history of the universe using a young-Earth time-line. The staff was very well informed and presented thoughtful reasons for "creation". Lots of info and available resources. Spent well over an hour there. Very reasonable rates. CALL AHEAD TO ARRANGE A TOUR.
