Experiencia fantástica: Stunning museum by Shinji lake. It has a great restaurant, a museum shop, desks for studying and reading and a lookout for the lake. Very beautiful sunlight comes into the museum with sunsets. Just visiting there is free.

Experiencia fantástica: 한국말 하시는 직원이 있어서 좋았습니다. 관내는 조용하게 관리가 되어있어서 좋았습니다. 볼것도 많았고 정원도 예뻤지만 노을을 볼만한 실내의 장소는 생각보다 적었습니다. 소문대로 노을이 참 예뻤습니다.

Experiencia fantástica: This museum has a great hospitalityfor visitors who want to watch sunset. It closes 30 minitues after the sunset. So you can enjoy the great view from here. I miss the art works here because I didn't have time to see.

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly wasn't expecting a ton from this place, so I was blown away by the quality and quantity of what they have on exhibit. Not sure whether it's still required, but for a while you had to buy your tickets in advance online. Well-worth the minor hassle.

Experiencia positiva: A fairly small (looks deceptively large from outside) art museum with a couple of notable works and a nice variety of styles. Allow an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: Stunning modern architecture with ideal siting on east end of the lake. The collection focuses on artworks about water. Very interesting contemporary sculptures outside by the lakeshore.

Experiencia fantástica: Quiet, spacious art museum on the water. Collection emphasizes modern Japanese prints, photographs and paintings on the theme of water. Nice gift shop and restaurant on premises. This is the place to go to see sunset.

Experiencia fantástica: Very beautiful sunset. Love the tranquility and the peaceful atmosphere. The collection is good. I love Hokusai's work a lot, so really enjoyed the visit.

Experiencia positiva: It is situated near to sinji lake. Where you can see the best view of the lake. They have two main gallery area. One on 2nd floor and one on first floor. Ticket for 2nd floor gallery is 300 yen. And Not sure about 1st floor ticket charges. I think It would be around 1000 yen. Rest of the gallery were free. No ticket for that.

Experiencia fantástica: The museum itself is well organized and has interesting exhibits. Outside of it is a huge lawn, which is a relaxing spot to watch the sun sets into Lake Shiji, and kids can freely run around.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful museum with excellent exhibits. I've been several times while I lived in Matsue. Perfect for a sunny or rainy Sunday to relax and look at some art, or the library. The cafe is also great. I miss it!

Experiencia fantástica: I just enjoy a sunset at here. The glass reflect s sun light, sea as well as peoples. Moreover, the curve shape of the glass makes you can see the same image if you stand on the right place. Great Design.
