Experiencia fantástica: ルネ・ラリックの作品は、どれも繊細で美しくて思わず見入ってしまった。2時間ほどかけてじっくり見た。 その後、隣接するカフェでオリエント急行ティータイムを予約して15:00の会から参加。 ルネ・ラリックが施したステンドグラスや内装を見ながら、充実したティータイムを過ごした。案内役のお姉さんが、テーマパークのスタッフのこのような発声の仕方で話していて、あたかもテーマパークに来たかのような気分だった。 いい休日〜 ルネ・ラリックの作品は、どれも繊細で美しくて思わず見入ってしまった。2時間ほどかけてじっくり見た。 その後、隣接するカフェでオリエント急行ティータイムを予約して15:00の会から参加。 …

Experiencia fantástica: アール・ヌーヴォーのこの当時のガラス工芸家は、ドームもガレも同じような作品が多く、技法も似てるような作品しか見てこなかったせいもあって、ガラスには興味をもてなかった。それに何か古さを感じたのも興味をもてなかった１つだと思う。 芦ノ湖からポーラ美術館に移動中のバスに乗っているとこの美術館が見え、何か不思議に下車して寄ってみた。 この時代の、ガラス工芸家の中で１歩も２歩も作品のデザインにしても技術にしても上だったのがわかりました。ラリックの作品は、今見ても古さを感じることなく、ここのコレクションが如何に素晴らしいかと言うこと。とにかく素晴らしかった。 アール・ヌーヴォーのこの当時のガラス工芸家は、ドームもガレも同じような作品が多く、技法も似てるような作品しか見てこなかったせいもあって、ガラスには興味をもてなかった。それに何か古さを感じたのも興味をもてなかった１つだと思う。 芦ノ湖からポーラ美術館に移動中のバスに乗っているとこの美術館が見え、何か不思議に下車して寄ってみた。 …

Experiencia fantástica: オリエント急行のティータイムも素晴らしかったが、美術館のラリックの展示も秀逸。 時代背景と工業デザインを通じて新しい生活様式を世に問うたパイオニアであった。

Experiencia fantástica: オリエント急行のtea time参加しました。とでも優雅な気分になりました。外のgardenも小さいが緑いっぱい気持ち良かったです。そこまで入館チケットが必要ない見たいです。 でも館内香水瓶や花瓶などのガラス作品たくさん、館内休憩場所から見る名画のもとに作られたgardenはとでも癒されます、最高です。

Experiencia fantástica: カフェレストランリスのランチビッフェメインは、仔羊のクスクスにしましたが、クスクスは初でしたがおいしかったです。野菜もデザートもたくさんあり食べすぎてしまいました

Experiencia fantástica: レストランのみ利用。 どうやら看板メニューらしきローストポークランチを注文。ちょうどランチタイムということもあり、家族連れやカップルで中々の混み具合です。隣にオリエント急行の客車を利用した喫茶があり、アップルパイと紅茶のセットで¥2,000でした。たまたまバスで到着の団体があったため貸切でしたが、チャンスがあったら入ってみたいですね。オリエント急行の乗務員の格好で給仕してくれるようです。 さて、肝心の料理ですが最初に出てきたのはカボチャの洋風茶碗蒸し。甘ければそのまま蒸しプリンの様なテイストです。これはこれで中々美味しかった。メインのローストポークですが、こちらはとても柔らかくて豚肉と思えない感じです。ソースとの相性も抜群ですね。付け合わせのパンは焼き立てだったので、オリーブオイルを付けていただきましたが、付け合わせというにはもったいないくらいの美味しいパンでした。 食後にデザートを聞かれて丁重にお断りしましたが、本当はアイスクリームとアップルパイのデザートが食べたかった。こちらもチャンスがあったら食べてみたいと思います。 レストランのみ利用。 …

Experiencia positiva: Great art pieces. If you want to know more about Lalique History, you may come to visit and have a walk. Entrance fee is around ¥1,200 which takes you around 30mins walk. However, if you want to take a detail look, it may take you more than an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a must! They have a huge collection of 1,500 pieces crafted by R. Lalique! They are beautiful!!! The atmosphere there is peaceful. No pictures allowed and we bought their book. Their restaurant serves very good European food (excellent beef) that locals go specially for having lunch.

Experiencia fantástica: For art, art decor, artist, and designers who love glass design, this is an hidden gem in Hakone. With an extensive collection of lalique objects from the less well known jewellery collections to their interior designed custom made objects to home items such as Vase and lamps. Unfortunately like most Japanese museums they are geared towards Japanese visitors, but you can still marvelled at the creation. Take home the book, as a reference, you won't regret it.

Discounted tickets are available from the bus ticket counters. English information is limited to the titles of pieces sadly! I wish there was more information provided in English or even French! Experiencia positiva: Museum and open space for event parties / wedding parties etc and at the begin of the hakone area Great parking in the front and a modernist style building of RC design Museum is to the right as you go in and to the left there is a very nice open plan style restaurant with a wide open space patio with a number of tables outside They serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon desserts and dinner. We have only been for brunch and breakfast and on each occasion have been fortunate enough to have sun so have sat outside. Each time has been with a large group or most recently a smaller group The breakfast / brunch menu is limited to a few choices but each quite filling. Yogurt / fruits. Pastry. Then salad, eggs in a variety of styles and small hashed potato / bacon etc. All very nicely presented and with the setting very nice. Breakfast i think starts from around 9am Our last visit as a small group had us ordering a decent tasting crisp cold white wine which went well with the breakfast menu (scrambled eggs) and especially the weather - sitting overlooking a fair sized green and well kept garden Good for couples, families, groups, touring groups etc - great parking
