Experiencia positiva: Good memorial exhibiting relics and photography of the events. It is also bilingual (Croatian and English) and even features some news articles in German, French or Italian. However, I felt like the place lacked an educational component, especially about what led up to the attacks. Seeing the exhibits is really touching on an emotional level, but putting myself in the place of someone who is unfamiliar with the context of Yugoslavia's breakup, I was unable to grab the bigger picture just from visiting the memorial. The entrance fee of 15 Kuna is reasonable and worth the money. Keep in mind they do not accept larger bills, e.g. I couldn't enter with a 100 Kuna bill. Lastly, I should mention that the museum seems dramatically understaffed. Upon finishing my walk through the exhibition, the employee (English-speaking, very helpful and friendly) had to close the exhibition for approx. 30 minutes because she was obliged to take her break, during which nobody could replace her. It didn't bother me since I finished my visit, but before that, she had to keep some guests out and told them to come again later. It was by no means her fault and I totally understand her dilemma, but this is something that might affect your planned visit.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best museum of Zagreb by far. The exposition was really interesting, we loved it ! The guy here was so nice and happy to answer to our questions about Croatian history. 5/5 definetly recommand it ! Ps : don't be shy and ring the bell. The museum is in a residential building :)

Experiencia fantástica: Good memorial leading up to the events along with attacks with the breaking up of Yugoslavia. Was in both English and Croatian. Great inclusion of primary sources with the attacks.

Experiencia fantástica: Free entrance, very recommended visit. Its hard to find though, you have to go through the door of a private building (the door isint locked), and follow the small signs. After push the bell to go in to the apartment. Good luck!

Experiencia fantástica: Like others have experienced, its a little hard to find. Go through a building entrance and up a flight of stairs. Push the intercom button and you will be let in and greeted by a man who if you show interest as we did, will tell you everything about the bombings. He was brilliant. It helped us understand the war and its lasting effects on Zagreb and Croatia. Thoroughly recommend it. Its only a small collection but well worth your time.
