🗣️ Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes de Vietnam: Opiniones
Experiencia fantástica: Great selection of fine works from all periods, including some National Treasures. Good facility, narrations available for most major works.
Experiencia fantástica: Very nice museum, organized and friendly to the visitor! Loved tha lacked pictures!
Experiencia fantástica: Really worth a visit. I think when most people think of fine arts, we think of the masterpieces of the western Old Masters like Rembrandt, stunning paintings on canvas. But the moment you enter here, you are treated to a surprise—elaborate sculptures cut from rock meant to adorn pagodas, wooden painted buddhas larger than life, and the most enthralling lacquer paintings filled with more detail than a where’s waldo page. And yes there are plenty of incredible paintings in oil in the western style, but the plethora of these other works in other mediums created a shift in my mind: fine arts is not limited to the Western ideals. Was really eye-opening for me. The museum is also much bigger than it initially seems. Good choice for a rainy day in Hanoi.
Experiencia fantástica: This is a good place to visit. A nice collection of items and artwork. The museum store sells fine quality lacquer items. Nice shelter from the oppressive summer heat.
Experiencia fantástica: Very nice place to learn about Vietnamese history. Some things in the museum are more than 3000-4000 yrs old.
Experiencia fantástica: My friend who comes to Hanoi quite often, had really wanted to go see this, so we walked here. After that we saw the prison and at the most she could probably spend a half an hour to an hour here it was really I mean it was OK a lot of the Southeast Asian artists or the type of silk paintings just were not really that appealing to me although it was really nice to see. ! I would go see it. It was only 40,000 dong for the ticket.
Experiencia fantástica: There's a good collection of both contemporary and ancient art here and the audio guide is worth investment. To make the most of your visit, set aside a full morning or afternoon to visit all the galleries. And if you need a break, there's a good cafe near the entrance where you can get coffee or lunch.
Experiencia fantástica: A very cool place to learn about fine arts of Vietnam.
Experiencia fantástica: Loved this art museum that mixes contemporary art and more classical Vietnamese artists. A good two hours if you want to take the time. The gift shop has some beautiful laquer products.
Experiencia fantástica: Showed a lot of Vietnamese historical art but not a lot of contemporary pieces
Experiencia positiva: Love the layout of this place, easy to navigate. Felt like a time travel through art. Didn’t get the audio guide but each hall had a brief explainer of the theme. And we googled the pieces we were interested in. Wish there were more details for the individual pieces. We took about an hour to finish, might be longer if you’re an art enthusiast or use the audio guide. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance.
Experiencia fantástica: I am annoyed it took me my third visit to Hanoi to see this museum. It was amazing. Highly recommend going for an afternoon. It’s quite big
Experiencia fantástica: Visited on Public holiday Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended No …
Experiencia positiva: Incredible collection, one of the most up to date national art museums I’ve seen with lots of works dating from the last few years. Entry is 40k, audio guide is 50k although I didn’t go for it. There’s a lot to see so I’d recommend carving out a good hour or two to get through it all. Even if you breeze through a few rooms, the museum’s layout is rather confusing and it’s easy to miss something incredible hidden away. My advice is to work floor by floor and be careful not to miss the rooms hidden at the far ends of every corridor. Signage could do with some work.
Experiencia fantástica: A must-see place for art and culture enthusiasts. The museum contains 3 floors worth of art pieces which capture the local art styles and methods. I recommend springing for the audio tour access while visiting. It's worth it as it offers a good glimpse into the culture and history which shaped the country's arts.
Experiencia fantástica: Really well laid out museum (more like am art gallery) with some fascinating exhibits. Do not miss the temporary photography exhibition in the same building as the ticket office, stunning landscapes from across Vietnam.
Experiencia fantástica: this place was the first museum I visited in Vietnam. I therefore was really excited to see some art. I enjoyed every moment of it and impressed the quality of their ancient artworks. Entrance fee was 40K and at the ticket office there were cure souvenirs.
Experiencia fantástica: A good place to tell a series of interesting history of Vietnam interpreted by means of fine arts. There will be no better way to explain the country's history with all those details. Excellent place both for adults and children. Especially so many marvelous arts made of wood were really awesome!
Experiencia fantástica: Really nice museum. Not crowded, well-ventilated. Works from 8-30 till 17-00 every day. The ticket costs 40K for adults and 20K for Vietnamese students. Children under 6 can renter for free. It’s really worth visiting, the exhibitions cover a wide range of historical movements, which makes it very interesting, even if you’re not into history. I enjoyed my time h
Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place to escape the heat. It has some interesting pieces. Towards the end, a lot of war material as well as some on the commentary of the modern vs the old and the issues of modernization in Vietnam. The staffs were friendly but it could use more chairs in front of art work.
Experiencia fantástica: Enjoyed our visit. Good place to learn Vietnamese history through art. So many amazing pieces to see. Doesn't take to long to get through, 1-2 hrs. There are multiple rooms and easy to miss a room if not checking the map.
Experiencia fantástica: Pretty cool stuff. I was expecting more modern art sincerely, but all of it fitted into a small room. The rest of the collection is impressive though, ranging from prehistory to post-war period (sometimes exposed without a clear order). On top of that the building is classic and well kept.
Experiencia fantástica: Superb. The artists during the war years are simply amazing. Well worth a visit to see Vietnamese Lacquer Painting at its finest. And the early Viet exponants of French impressionism who developed their own styles are in a class of their own. It was an amazing experience to see the soul of Vietnam bared with such compassion for their own people.
Experiencia fantástica: By far the best of the art galleries / museums in Hanoi. Some of the works are spectacular and the gallery progresses from ancient to modern day. I found the lacquer paintings from the early 21st century particularly impressive. The photos I attached are really just small sections of much bigger paintings.
