Experiencia fantástica: Ticket is inexpensive and in my opinion this unique and small museum deservers a visit. The exhibition is housed in a simple two-storey building of the 19th century and presents the tools before the industry and the people who worked on them. Attempts to illuminate aspects of the work of the people who lived and worked in terms of another "reality", very close, but also very far from ours.

Experiencia fantástica: In 2008, the Museum of Greek Folk Art created a new annex at 22 Panos Street in Plaka to house around 300 objects consisting of tools and products of traditional labour, part of a collection of around 1,000 objects donated to the Museum by the Society for Ethnographic Studies. Thus was created the exhibition “Man and Tools. Aspects of labour in the pre-industrial world”, which deals with man and his labour. The museum is really very interesting on many levels !!! Free admission days: The first Sunday of every month, except for July, August and September (when the first Sunday is holiday, then the second is the free admission day).
