Experiencia positiva: Located inside Dien Hai Citadel. It is Da Nang Museum so the focus was on the history of Da Nang. There are QR codes on the all numbering Audio Guides but I only noticed them when I was viewing the exhibits and did not ask the information counter if they are available for rent, since there are English translations on most exhibits. It is not air conditioned and exhibits are split into 3 themes on each level. Entrance is free till Dec 2022 so nobody was at the ticketing counter when I was there today.

Experiencia positiva: Free entrance Museum was very interesting, but it’s very hard to be inside It’s really hot without air conditioning, and there are no guides or audio guides, so you really have to concentrate on the text, if there is any But it does teach you about the history of danang and that is very interesting

Experiencia fantástica: Nice museum that gives a very good summary of the history of Da Nang. The museum locates right in the heart of the city, within the old Điện Hải Fort. You can still see the old moat and the canons. I think the museum doesn’t get enough attention for what it features. It is a hidden gem with many interesting facts about the city and entree fee is waived.

Less detailed to the museum in HCM but good enough to show the world the truths about the wars that were never justified Place can be covered in 45min will all exhibits

Experiencia fantástica: Small museum, well organized. From here, we know and love Danang so much. Amazing place to visit

Experiencia fantástica: Museum on 3 floors covering ancient geology and past. Second floor devoted to the Vietnam War, third floor smaller than others. Very reasonable entry fee (2000 vnd). Only one large US military vehicle outside, a Bell UH1, repainted with spelling mistakes! (Look on the tail boom!)

Experiencia fantástica: Danang museum is pretty cool. It is on 3 floors. 1st floor, all about the region and how Da Nang was created as a region. 2nd floor dedicated to the French and American invasions of the country. 3rd floor is all about the indigenous peoples of the mountain region of Son Tra. How they live and survive. Only 20,000 song to get in. Good local history. Well worth the visit. Get there early to beat bus trips and school kids.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to a few museums in Vietnam now, and so far most of the English translations have fallen so short I can’t appreciate the museum. While I did feel there were occasional gaps in important information, this really takes you through not only Danang’s history but an overview of Vietnam’s history. I left understanding much more about the country and it’s history. There is not much artwork though, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Experiencia fantástica: A museum covering the history of DaNang and Vietnam. It is a good place if you are interested to know about the history of Vietnam . Many old artifacts from the war period are on display along with the sections displaying Vietnamese culture.
