Experiencia fantástica: This was an unexpected bonus. The museum focussed on Tanunda and surrounds, and the German heritage of the Barossa Valley in general. Entry cost? $4. We spent 2½ hours wandering the rooms of the old Post Office and Telegraph building. A true eye opener for an Eastern States person.

Experiencia fantástica: Blown away by the size of the collection. There are snapshots of Barossa life from the very beginning, and the depth of research is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Was greeted warmly by a very friendly man behind the counter. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about history! This place is a necessary stop along the way if you’re passing through the Barossa. A wide selection of antiques and collectables for very affordable and reasonable prices and a cracking museum out the back!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful Museum, Friendly staff, some great stuff for sale out the front, including a few great handmade items made from mechanical parts. The museum itself was a lot bigger inside than expected. Lots of local and historic items.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful little museum filled with really cool vintage things. Visited in 2019. Old books, costumes, bottles, ink, fabrics, typewriters, takes you back to simpler times. Must visit if you're a lover for old, vintage things. Man at the front was really friendly. Would love to visit again.
