Experiencia fantástica: An amazing museum in a gorgeous building! Located on highway, this museum is with the Visitor Center in an amazing log building. Staff are very friendly and helpful, admission is by donation. 3 levels of very interesting exhibits highlighting local culture and events. One of the best local museums I have been to!

Experiencia fantástica: Although it's in a small town, it has a lot of stuff. It may be the only activity I could do in Williams Lake in May 2021 (health border lockdown was in effect due to Covid). I love visiting museums and liked here, too.

Experiencia fantástica: Now this is worth a visit. Plenty of reading material and pictorials and friendly helpful staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to visit if you're in the William's Lake area. Besides the museum which has some very interesting stuff in it, there is the visitor information centre and a souvenir shop which have very friendly attendants who can answer all of your questions. Plenty of parking for cars, buses and RV's. Easy access from Highway 97.

Experiencia fantástica: The best visitors museum and information centre!!! The space is very inviting and welcoming art is on display upstairs timeframe July 2019. A photographic walk into history of the area including Indigenous peoples experiences. Very powerful, moving, and emotional.
