Experiencia fantástica: Stopped today for a place to stretch our legs half way on our road trip. They had a lot of volunteers in full WWII uniforms with many operational vehicles. Outstanding to everyone who participated at the museum! This was the highlight of our day.

Experiencia positiva: This is by far the best war museum in the Netherlands. Get up close to the planes, autos and several display. The only minus point is the audio is at this time only in Dutch. Its a small museum with four buildings and growing. Come visit them you wont be disappointed. For 11 euros it's a bargain compared to other museums.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great suprise this museum is. Well worth the €8 entry. The museum has everything about the battles that occurred in the area 75 years ago ( Operation Market Garden) and is full of displays. The people who run it are volunteers and have a real passion and are more than happy to speak with you. One of the most fascinating parts is the radio display. The guy who runs it is a great character and clearly has a real passion and lots of enthusiasm for his display, amazing is one word of how I could describe the his display. The museum has many other displays from WW2 consiting of mostly British and German military equipment. There is even a C-47 sitting in one part of the building which you can climb inside. Absolutely amazing museum for the price and well worth a visit. A lot of credit should go to the people who run this museum, it's a fascinating place. 5*

Experiencia fantástica: Must visit for any war aficionados and armchair generals. Amazing museum dedicated to the airborne liberation of the Netherlands during Operation Market Garden. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and they do a very good job of going through the details. It was amazing to actually touch and climb into WW2 aircraft. The place has a very grounding vibe to it and it really makes you think about those horrid times. If you don't speak Dutch, you can ask for an English guide book at the reception.

Experiencia fantástica: Maybe it is not a big exhibition (it is not) but it is very well and reach (in examples and sorroundings of examples) one. One of my favourite part was hangar in which there was a plane (dc) to which one may enter and see how originally it looked like (with pilots chamber). Except it there are lots of different gear from small ones (chocolate bar) to really big ones like planes. There is even German 88. Definately encourage to go and see. Valuable exhibition.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic museum! If you like motorized equipment like jeeps, tanks, trucks, motorcycles and planes; you will love this museum. They even have a running driving Russian tank.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent museum with many unique artifacts from WWII. I have been to many war museums all over the world and this museum's collection possess many items I had never seen before. TIP: the parking lot is the area right off off the main road (Sonseweg), you walk the rest of the way. The day we visited, we drove right up to the front door but something didn't "feel" right so I asked. There was a special event going on so I assume the gate we drove through should have been closed but wasn't. Regardless as soon as you turn off Sonseweg into what appears to be a restaurant's parking lot, you are in the parking lot, park. Go around behind the restaurant, past the art gallery and you will see the museum on your right near a bridge.
