🗣️ Museo Xul Solar: Opiniones
Experiencia fantástica: A very interesting Argentine artist lived and worked in this house, whose paintings are full of symbolism and mysticism. There is a small shop with books and souvenirs. I recommend.
Experiencia positiva: Oscar Agustin Alejandro Schulz Solari, Xul Solar, was an Argentinian artist from the early to mid twentieth century who created modernist and metaphysical watercolor paintings and sculptures using geometric forms and symbols, many of which using languages created by himself based on pre-Columbian cultures. There is a small entrance fee to visit the museum.
Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed visiting the museum. I haven’t known anything about Xul Solar but spent the evening after reading about his life. Highly recommend!
Experiencia fantástica: Very interesting and forward thinking for its time. I was fascinated by the art and creativity. The building itself is so interesting to look at. I loved it here. It's great to see something so different. I saw one of his pieces in another gallery. It's great to know his art is being seen by many people. They also give a guided tour. I highly recommend it. The gift shop is also reasonably priced.
Experiencia fantástica: Amazing artist, so Review might be biased. The museum is exclusively about Xul Solar, and there isn’t a lot of explanatory text (in English, in Spanish there are some details). The house is designed according to his imagination for a club, so the architecture itself is already interesting. Definitely worth a visit when close by.
