Experiencia fantástica: I have been a huge fan of Longines for many years and have several of their releases in my collection. Recently I was lucky enough to be able to visit during a trip to Switzerland. You have to make an appointment for the visit via their website but it is an amazing guided tour and it is free of charge. My wife and I had a wonderful young man as our guide and I am very sorry for not remembering his name but he was very informative, patient, and was a joy to speak with regarding the history of Longines and Swiss watchmaking in general. There is a small gift shop but no boutique or shop for you to purchase a watch to commemorate the visit. Regardless of this very small complaint, I would highly recommend a visit for any timepiece collector or enthusiast of watchmaking. Wonderful staff and amazing location, scenery, and of course, a comprehensive collection and history of this legendary brand.

Experiencia negativa: Die Anmeldung für einen Museumsbesuch war leider über Internet sehr krampfhaft und schlussendlich erfolglos. Deswegen versuchte ich telefonisch einen Termin zu vereinbaren und wies auf den Fehler in der Online-Anmeldung hin. Die verantwortliche Frau Marion Trummer hatte Mühe, meine diesbezügliche Information anzunehmen und war ständig auf Abwehr. Irgendwann wechselte ich von Deutsch in Französisch um sie darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass sie mich nicht zu verstehen scheint und dann rastete sie komplett aus. Sie schrie mich an, dass sie sehr wohl Deutsch verstehe aber sie keinen freien Termin habe. Und wieder erwähnte sie zum xten Mal, dass es Leute gäbe, die sich schon ein Jahr oder Monate zuvor anmelden (was nicht DAS Thema war). Eigentlich hatte ich gar keine Lust mehr aber dann fragte ich sie, nach Terminmöglichkeiten. Schliesslich vereinbarten wir beide einen Termin für die Museumsbesichtigung. Gleich am anderen Tag gab es eine Absage per Email, da ein interner Anlass hineingerutscht ist. Meine Lust ist nun definitiv vergangen. Mein Mann und ich tragen seit Jahren Longines und sind bisher absolut positiv von dieser Marke begeistert. Schade, wenn es nur am nicht funktionierendem IT-System für die Anmeldung und wegen einer überforderten Angestellten zwei statt 5 Sterne gibt.

The tour was very informative and Longines have done a wonderful job in creating this museum. Their essential activity in aviation timing is very well presented. I recommend this tour. Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful visit to the Longines Museum. A wonderful journey through the history of Longines. All the friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially the guide Mrs Anne Develey, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend a visit to this splendid Museum for all watch lovers.

Experiencia fantástica: Hervorragendes Museum über die Geschichte der Longines. Persönliche Führung durch eine Mitarbeiterin, welche sehr kompetent spannende Geschichten zu erzählen weiss. Besonders beeindruckend ist das Archiv mit den originalen Büchern über alle hergestellten Uhren vor der Digitalisierung. Ein Besuch ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Experiencia fantástica: Tolles Museum mit persönlicher Führung durch eine Mitarbeiterin von Longines. Man muss sich vorher anmelden und einen Termin vereinbaren. Das geht auch über die Website. Man erfährt Alles über die Firmengeschichte von Longines und es sind viele tolle und alte Uhren ausgestellt. Wirklich einen Besuch wert.

Experiencia fantástica: Best watch factory tour! They have a fantastic history and you can see during the tour not only some of their most famous watches, but also legendary navigation devices. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Our guide was so nice and took the time to tell us some interesting stories, aside from the Longines history.
