Experiencia positiva: Drove almost an hour to get there on a Sunday it was supposed to be open. It wasn't. There was no note when would it open again. The walk along the lakes and the drain was very pleasant so the trip was not a total waste of time.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautifully restored house and very well curated museum. It was very interesting and it is an important part of South Australian and Australian history. It contains items dating back to the first colonisation of South Australia. I hope this lovely museum will remain well looked after for future generations.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to the Charles Sturt 228th birthday celebration. Victoriana Society members all dressed in costume, a salute by soldiers in period dress and a nice afternoon tea. Museum has been done up beautifully

Experiencia negativa: The schedule of opening times is incorrect. The Museum is only open on the first and third Sundays in the month. We had a completely wasted afternoon 30/12 for ourselves and our overseas visitors having traveled down from Adelaide. Thanks very much!
