Experiencia positiva: Un museo pequeño pero muy bonito. Ofrece una visión de las experiencias de las enfermeras en Kingston con datos interesantes, y me encantó que tuvieran un espacio educativo interactivo para niños. También tienen una pequeña tienda de recuerdos que tenía adorables muñecas de peluche de enfermedades y otros productos relacionados con la salud. Tenían una sección donde podías dejar un mensaje a las enfermeras y cómo afectaron tu vida, y fue bonito mirar a través de los muchos mensajes que fueron dejados atrás. ¡Y una búsqueda del tesoro en 3 niveles de dificultad para aquellos que busquen un reto! Entrada por donación. Espacio de estacionamiento pequeño de pago disponible en el lugar.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice little museum. It's really small but it is interesting. The entry to the museum is through donations. We stopped at Kingston on the way on our road trip and decided to check it out. Fun stuff in their gift shop too, kids found some knick knacks that are very loved.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to visit with interesting historical displays. Child friendly and in walking distance of the other museums in the area. Kingston is a very pretty city downtown. Lots to see here and learn. Small gift shop inside available. This is one of the museums which has the hidden green and gold ducks on display for kids to find! My niece and nephew loved it!

Experiencia positiva: Very informative. All the exhibits are presented in a neat, clean and logical fashion. For the location which is rather small, they have a decent sized collection. By far the best part was the excellent service on the part of the staff. We were in a tour group and we were treated exceptionally well. A good place to take kids on breaks and for school trips - also a "must-see" for adults interested in the healthcare field (professionally or otherwise).

Experiencia fantástica: A hidden gem in Kingston! Guides are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended taking the short tour through the galleries. Cute little gift shop with unique items.

Experiencia positiva: Quite a few rooms and displays. Great place to visit if you are in the area. If you are sensitive to load noise, be aware that sometimes the PA of the hospital can be heard as they are connected.

Experiencia fantástica: Went on a outdoor walking tour with Hannah and she was amazing! Very insightful, and despite not being able to do indoor tour of the museum -- she made it sooo fun regardless. You can truly see that she is very passionate on what she does! The whole tour made us want to come back again next time, and hopefully see the inside of the museum next time around.

Experiencia fantástica: As a nurse, I found this museum fascinating. The tour guide who greeted us was also able to present the info in French, which was very appreciated by my family. And FREE!!

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed thought it would be better. Very small the person working didn't know much of anything. My mother was with me and she is in medical field and she knew 90% more than the person telling us on the museum. Was not worth going to. To 5mins to walk threw

Experiencia negativa: We went on Friday, January 4th, and it was closed. When my wife called before Christmas to ask about the hours she was assured it would be open. Just unfortunate because we actually planned much of our trip to Kingston around this visit. It bothers me when people answer a question without actually being sure of the answer.

Experiencia positiva: Nice little place thar provides a history lesson on the evolution of surgery, dentistry, vaccination and anesthetic. A brief review of nursing history is show cased. This is a self guided tour. It would be nice if it was interactive or if there was a guide so children can benefit

Experiencia fantástica: This was a cool little museum! I wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The kids and I learned quite a bit about disease and medicine in the last 100 years in Canada. Military history buffs will like the display on medicine in World War I. Museum is free. Location was a little hard to find. Bathrooms available and are nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great museum in both the quality of their collection and unique content. Located in the heart of the medical campus it is a little tricky to find but well worth the effort. Definitely take the free guided tour. The volunteers are extremely knowledgeable both in the medical artifacts and the overall history of the town. Interesting exhibit about health initiative effects on pandemic diseases at the end.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderfully curated history of healthcare with an emphasis on local history. Great exhibits, and friendly staff. Also have other programming such as a baby/toddler program over the summer.
