Experiencia fantástica: A deep dive into the 1930s.. plus the Expo Gabin is full of beautiful documents.. All the posters make us want a program of each film in theaters... these black and white jewels (for the most part ) are a delight to watch on the big screen...

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent museum. Few visitors (a Tuesday afternoon). Very welcoming staff. Superb temporary exhibition on Jean Gabin. You will have a great time. This museum is worth a visit. Tips: download the Hauts de Seine smart pass for a reduced price. I paid 5 euros to enter.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice museum on 3 floors with elevator. School of Paris, colonial art, sacred art, space dedicated to Paul Landowski. You can easily stay there for 2 hours.

Experiencia fantástica: Great throwback to the past! Fascinating dive into the design and constructions of the 1930s. Museum too small for a city like Boulogne, the champion of those years!

Experiencia fantástica: The museum is small but nice. It has a life-size statue of Sun Yat-sen among other arts. I enjoyed visiting this museum.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a collection located at the top floor of Espace Landowski. The 7 euro ticket gives you access to all the exhibitions in the complex, which focus on the early 20th century arts in all forms. If you're interested in art déco, it's well worth the visit.

Experiencia fantástica: One of my favorite museums here in Paris. It's a bit off the beaten path, and it can take a while to get there, but it's worth it, especially if you have an interest in this era. They really have a very nice collection. The furniture and decor is mostly a miss, but the paintings and sculptures are excellent. Very interesting special exhibits, too. The place was almost empty when I went (free first Sunday of the month), so I had plenty of room to admire the art. Oh and the staff are super friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Magnificent museum, well laid out, varied and with very beautiful pieces. The Landowski collection alone is worth the detour! Finesse and harmonious lines I find his works more beautiful than Rodin. In short, go make up your own mind, you won't be disappointed!

Experiencia positiva: If you are intrerested in Art Deco, this museum is a little jem. It helps a lot if you understand a little French. Until 10 February 2020 you can see the exhibition about the ocean liner Isle de France. It has some info in English. You can also see furniture, paintings and sculptures from the era between the world wars. There is also a large section devoted to the Paris school art movement. Architecturally Boulogne-Billancourt is interesting with a lot of art deco style buildings.

Experiencia fantástica: 2 museums in 1. One devoted to Paul Landowski, one of the major sculptors of the first half of the 20th century (Corcovado in Rio among others) and the other devoted to the 1930s. The period is in fact broader and goes from school of Paris in the 20s to the 40s. Very pleasant visit because there is a good chance that like us you will be alone in the museum ... beautiful collections around the models of modernist buildings in Boulogne (Mallet- Stevens, Fischer, Le Corbusier...), Art Deco furniture, the colonial exhibition of 1937, works by Juan Gris or Suzanne Roger, Tamara de Lempicka, Jacques Lipschitz or sculptures by Pablo Gargallo. A nice dive into the past
