Experiencia fantástica: It is not often one gets to go on board a frigat, so this is a great opportunity. The ship was built at Horten shipyard in the 60's, which is exactly where it is located today, as a museum. The frigat is well worth a visit, and since it is docked outside Marinemuseet (The Navy Museum) you should definitely visit that as well. The entrance tickets are affordable, the staff friendly and you can have a cup of coffee and a piece of cake in beautiful surroundings. And it is just a few hundred meters away from the beach. So you can go for a swim in the Oslo fiord too, and go for a walk along the channel.
