🗣️ Museo Histórico de la Liberación de Roma: Opiniones
Experiencia fantástica: A must visit for insights into the harrowing story of occupation, resistance and hope

Experiencia fantástica: It's all in Italian, so you need a guide. It's small.
Experiencia positiva: Interesting small museum, the information panels are in Italian and the English audioguide doesn't translate all of it so you go through quite quickly if you can't read Italian.
Experiencia fantástica: Interesting place to visit, to learn a bit about some very disturbing and sad times in Rome's history . Free entrance but you can donate if you want of course , can only recommend it
Experiencia fantástica: Very interesting. We got a free audio guide, which did explain everything very well. It was so empty when we went there. Seems like tourists don't know it exists. Ths museum is also for free but a donation is still very nice to give.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice small museum free entrance
Experiencia fantástica: Great peoples museum explaining the truth in great detail. Huge amount of information on the audio guides really helped make sense of Italy and Rome’s involvement in WW2
Experiencia fantástica: Free audio guides in English Italian and a few other languages. Seems to be always updating and trying to improve. Easy to get to off metro stop.
Experiencia fantástica: We spent more time here than at any other museum. The museum and audioguide were free and well worth the visit. As expected, many of the exhibits are in Italian so if you don't speak the language, I recommend doing the audioguide.
Experiencia fantástica: Wow what an eye opener to how it was during the war well worth a visit I loved it
Experiencia fantástica: I found this little gem by accident and I’m so glad I did. The museum is free but does have a donation box. The guard was very friendly & gave me an audio guide already set up. It was a very emotional visit especially through the cells with the audio guide explaining the harrowing stories of those locked away. Definitely worth a visit and I wish it was more publicised so people wouldn’t miss out! One of my favourite museums by far.
Experiencia fantástica: Nice little museum, free audioguides and a friendly guy helping
Experiencia fantástica: Very important place to visit to understand the post-WW2 socio-political history of Italy and Europe!

Experiencia fantástica: Very interesting museum with helpful English audio guide to navigate all the Italian documents. Entrance is kind of hidden as you have to request door access to enter like going into an apartment.
Experiencia fantástica: A must see in Rome for those who are reading about history of WW2. The museum is very close to the Manzoni metro station.
Experiencia fantástica: A fascinating, thought-provoking and disturbing museum housed in the former SS headquarters. Headsets with an excellent multi-lingual commentary guide one around former prison and interrogation cells. A must-visit for anyone who questions the need for a European Union.
Experiencia fantástica: Really interesting museum of the history of the Italian resistance after 1943. There is an audioguide available in English.
Experiencia fantástica: Very good and professional staff makes this museum a special. All i saw was amazing and very good. Very useful place of this museum give you possibility very fast visit it on your way to job or to home. All persons of staff very kind and available for requests personally. I recommend this museum for really interesting resting.
Experiencia positiva: An interesting museum documenting the Nazi occupation of Rome. The custodian was patient and helpful. We had booked and paid €50 for a guided tour, but the guide never showed up. Instead we were given the audioguide, which is available in various languages and gives a basic outline of the period and the prison that was housed in the building, but more detailed explanations of some the locations and events described would be helped for non-Romans. Unfortunately the personal stories of the people who were held there are not translated.
