Experiencia fantástica: En este momento, lamentablemente está cerrado por renovaciones, pero cuando vuelva a abrir definitivamente vale la pena volver a ir. Hay muchas cosas interesantes para ver.

Experiencia positiva: El museo está cerrado actualmente por renovación / remodelación, y algunas de las exposiciones están trasladadas a la Kunsthalle Weishaupt. El 'hombre león' (por él estoy aquí) lo encuentro rápido y estoy muy entusiasmado. El resto me parece poco emocionante, excepto el MONUMENTO AMCHITKA del artista Robin Page de 1971. A primera vista parece tener mucho que ver con la actual situación política, pero proviene de un contexto totalmente diferente. En general, es digno de ver.

Experiencia fantástica: Beeindruckendes Museum. Derzeit sehenswerte Sonderausstellung "Protest! Gestalten". Man denkt gar nicht, dass die Motive teilweise nach 40 Jahren heute wieder eine ganz aktuelle Bedeutung haben (oder ihre Bedeutung nie verloren haben). Auch sehr sehenswerte Dauer-Sammlungen, wie z.B. Löwenmensch und Venus von der Alb. - Hier lohnt es sich mehrfach zu kommen, um in die unterschiedlichen Welten und Zeiten einzutauchen. Empfehlenswert!

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to see some modern art (they even have two Andy Warhol works) and important archeology findings. You definitely must see the famous Löwenmensch!

Experiencia fantástica: Tolles Museum mit unterschiedlichen Ausstellungen. Der Löwenmensch ist natürlich ein Highlight. Aber es gibt auch andere sehenswerte eiszeitliche Kunst. Im Moment befindet sich die wunderschöne Wanderausstellung "Urformen - Figürliche Eiszeitkunst Europas" im Museum. Die Bilder der Frauenfiguren kann ich leider nicht posten, da Google diese zensiert :D

Experiencia fantástica: A totally unplanned visit turned into a nice little walk amidst a mix of modern art, archeology, play and experiment areas. The exhibition can be seen in about 2-3 hours and I absolutely recommend the visit.

On the one hand through the different epochs and various special exhibitions, as well as the connection to the new Weishaupt building. By watching the two videos on the first floor, it becomes clear why the works all have such handy dimensions: they hung in the donor's apartment!! Great! What I was very sorry about today's Father's Day 5/26/22 was that it was almost empty! The price for the combination ticket of 12 € is simply too high for Swabia, or for others!!! The tickets can certainly not even be used to pay the staff! The city of Ulm should afford to do this for free, like Munich at least on Sundays! Pity! Otherwise worth a visit!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice museum. The most famous exhibit is the lion man from 40,000 BC. Admission is free on the first Friday of the month. There are also beautiful, historical rooms in the old building, paintings, ivory carvings and much more to see.

The museum - the building itself and the objects - is a great mix of modern and historical. Had a committed and very nice employee who gave us a lot of information. Was really fun!!

Experiencia fantástica: It's a small but quite an interesting museum. The Löwenmensch exhibit is quite spectacular. The related archeological exhibits are also good. The art is very limited but this one violin piece really interested me. Very worth a visit.

Experiencia positiva: The museum is great with so much to see and learn. It needs definitely multiple visits. There is however tow downsides: 1- there is no Audioguide 2- everything is only in German. So if you can't understand German very well, you would have a hard time.
