Yuchengco Museum

Experiencia positiva: Went on the weekday. When you plan to kill time while in Ayala Makati, this place is perfect. This is located in RCBC Plaza building. For 50.00 you can get inside. But during my visit the Juan Luna paintings were not displayed. Most of the displayed painting were of Amorsolo. You can ask the help desk though what paintings are being displayed before entering. If you get hungry there are restaurants and shops inside the building. This is located near MRT and malls too.

Experiencia positiva: I'm not an Art expert. The museum has 3 floors primarily housing a collection of Amorsolo paintings and the a National Artist's life work about the Philippines' dance and cultural practices.

Experiencia fantástica: This museum located in a city. You can find it easily. Only 20minutes from Jolibee Makati by foot. Quick tips that i got from the staff: start from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor! :) *They also sell books, souvenirs

Experiencia positiva: We were a little bit disappointed. The exhibition is rather small. There are 22 paintings of Amorsolo on the ground floor (really pleasant to watch, full of light and full of life) and interesting paintings from Puruganan family. But even with reading all the descriptions one may allocate to spend in the museum no more than 30 minutes. When we visited there was a flat entrance fee of 50 PHP. We were the only guests even though it was Saturday afternoon… it is still worth a visit if one is in the neighborhood but maybe not as sole reason to travel.

Experiencia positiva: Not a bad experience. Entrance fee 100 pesos. If you like to seize any opportunity seeing arts this is for you. The exhibits are not so many, but with 4 floors of area it can be entertaining for less than an hour. There are quite a variety of different types of exhibits, and they are classified in order. Chinese arts, arts by Filipino masters, and those by contemporary youth artists etc. I saw people mostly came on pairs or in groups, and they had a good time here.
