Experiencia fantástica: Este es un museo pequeño muy interesante con muchos objetos históricos para ver y un buen énfasis en compartir la cultura de cuando las escuelas de una sola habitación eran comunes. ¡Parece que el personal puede ajustar las visitas al tiempo que tienes y al nivel de detalle que estás buscando, lo cual es genial! Vale la pena visitarlo si estás interesado en la historia del área de Kingston o en la historia de la educación.
Experiencia fantástica: Una experiencia única para retroceder en el tiempo y visitar una escuela de Kingston en el siglo XIX. ¡Ven con la familia, es muy interesante!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding collection of history. This old Township building/library turned one-room-school-house is nestled in the village of Barriefield offering personalized tours, activities for young and old and programming for class groups. SO many details and outstanding displays showcasing education in Ontario over the past century and even earlier. Admission by donation, so it's accessible. It also offer many photo opp's on your visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Great little museum! It is cool seeing how we once educated our children. I recommend this if you are checking out the fort. It is 5 minutes away, in a cute little village, and it's free.
