Experiencia fantástica: Cerrado

Experiencia negativa: Te haces kilómetros para visitarlo... Lo encuentras cerrado el domingo por la mañana a las 11:00 del puente del 25 de abril al 1 de mayo... No hay horarios expuestos. Pregunté por ahí y me respondieron que abren cuando quieren. Cualquier comentario es superfluo.

Experiencia negativa: Assez décevant, la promesse de se ballader dans le musée pour en apprendre plus sur la truffe de manière didactique et très chouette... Mais pas tenue. Les vidéos ne fonctionnent pas (et depuis longtemps déjà à en croire les autres avis), les ateliers sensoriels sont cassés une fois sur deux ou vieillots et compliqués à utiliser. Les traductions sont faites une fois sur deux, par exemple une salle dédiée à l'archéologie (?) n'est pas du tout traduite... Bref on en ressort déçu et avec le sentiment de n'avoir rien appris sur la truffe...

Experiencia negativa: Avrei voluto andarci sabato 12 agosto. Premetto che gli orari d'apertura indicati sul sito ed esposti in loco erano dalle 10.30 alle 18.30. Alle 11 l'ingresso era chiuso con le inferiate, ho girovagato un po' per il paese e finalmente alle ore 12 qualcuno ha deciso di aprire. Alla mia domanda se fosse possibile visitare il museo in quanto non era stato rispettato l'orario d'apertura mi è stato risposto che quella mattina avevano deciso di aprire un po' più tardi, mi è stato inoltre segnalato che i monitor non erano funzionanti. Molto amareggiata ho quindi deciso di non entrare, credo non sia propriamente corretto non rispettare gli orari d'apertura in un luogo aperto al pubblico

Experiencia negativa: Most videos not working, many exhibits not working, seemingly fundamental ones since I still don't know anything about the truffle hunting process or how they are valued etc.

Experiencia negativa: Most displays are closed or broken. Not worth it. Doesn't even go show how they are found/dug up/collected. Not much point tbh.

Experiencia negativa: According to the website (and a sign in front of the museum) , the museum should be open on saturday from 10h30. We arrived 11h15 and it was completely closed and abandoned! I tried calling and no one picked up. A real shame! :(

Experiencia negativa: Not sure if due to COVID and the lack of tourists, but this place felt like totally uncared for. Most of the video projections did not work. There is supposed to be a sensory “game” that didn’t work neither. There seems to be an exhibition on the city but everything is in Italian… so no clue if it is good or not. In terms of content, the Wikipedia page of truffle offers more than this museum. It was not expensive (5€) and yet disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: Nonostante le indicazioni e i cartelli lo indicassero come aperto....non sono riuscito ne a trovare la sua ubicazione esatta e ne a poter visitare questo museo

Experiencia negativa: The museum website advertises this to be opened at various hours from Thursday to Sunday at this time of the year. It is not. An official, today, told us to come back Sunday. Why? We have been back every single day that is says it is to be open for two weeks, and no one has bothered to open it. Please fix the website to let people know that it is rarely open, even when it says it is to be. Poor service.
