Experiencia fantástica: Hemos estado aquí varias veces y cada vez hemos quedado impresionados. Es algo realmente genial para las familias.
Experiencia negativa: Pagamos 120 € (2 horas) por un cumpleaños para nuestro hijo. Debido a una enfermedad repentina, tuvimos que cancelar la cita a corto plazo, con la esperanza de que se pudiera acordar otra fecha. Resultado: dinero perdido, nueva fecha no posible, y si la hay, de nuevo por 120 €. ¡Estamos muy decepcionados!
Querida señora Schnepf, como ya se ha comunicado en varios correos electrónicos, su cancelación fue tan tardía que no fue posible reprogramar el cumpleaños infantil sin costo alguno. Se le informó que siempre somos flexibles, pero en el caso de una cancelación que se realiza con menos de 24 horas de antelación al evento, debemos pagar a nuestros guías musicales y, por lo tanto, no es posible reembolsar los costos. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que somos una organización sin fines de lucro y que los precios de entrada fuertemente subvencionados para niños, familias, escuelas y jardines de infancia ni siquiera cubren los costos operativos. Dado que las enfermedades repentinas en los niños lamentablemente ocurren con frecuencia, el esfuerzo organizativo y financiero de cancelaciones y reprogramaciones tan repentina sería enorme y, simplemente, no es sostenible para una organización sin fines de lucro. Lamentamos que, a pesar de los múltiples intentos de explicación, haya considerado necesario perjudicarnos con una mala evaluación. Le deseamos todo lo mejor y esperamos que su hijo se haya recuperado por completo desde entonces.

Dear Mr. Maas, we are sorry that you could not participate in one of our guided tours. It is correct that they do not take place every day. But on our website we clearly show the times, when our guided tours start. When you called us, we would have been happy to explain to you, that the times, which are shown on our website among "tickets", only apply to the ticket counter - not to our tours. This is clearly marked as such. But unfortuantely you just hung up before we could explain this to you. We kindly have to ask all our visitors to precisely inform themselves on our website. Otherwise everybody is always welcome to give us a call during our working hours and BEFORE they stand in front of our door. We will be happy to help and avoid disappointed visitors.
