Experiencia fantástica: An amazing historical building in Mount Gambier. The Old Court House is a National Trust building that is cared for by a committee of local knowledgeable people. The Old Court House has been kept as it was in the past to show people visiting how courts were held back in those days. Occasionally the committee will arrange for 'mock trials' to take place for visitors to see and take part in. There is so much history in this building. So many items that are on display. Entry is a gold coin donation. Willy is available for tours and his knowledge of Mount Gambiers history is endless. Private tours and group tours are available, as well as school groups and tour buses. Located next door to Mount Gambier Police Station and across the road from the new Court house. A definite must see when visiting Mount Gambier.
