Experiencia fantástica: Experiencia interesante y conocedora. Disfruté del recorrido con el guía turístico Stan 111. Nunca supe sobre esta policía hasta que llegué al centro de la ciudad de Bradford, vi todos los coches de policía vintage aparcados afuera. Definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo, no te decepcionará.

Experiencia fantástica: En primer lugar, es un pequeño museo impresionante en el corazón de Bradford. Debería ser más conocido, pero en este momento sigue siendo más o menos un secreto. También debería tener mucho más espacio disponible del que tiene en este momento, ya que apenas pueden exhibir todas sus piezas, lo cual es una verdadera pena. Además, solo una parte de la prisión es accesible, ya que el Consejo Municipal de Bradford aún usa otra parte como una especie de archivo. Espero que más visitantes vengan a ayudar al museo y a su personal de voluntarios a ganar impulso y tal vez conseguir un espacio más grande. Como ya dije, puedes visitar la prisión de mujeres, partes de la antigua comisaría que han sido restauradas de manera asombrosa, incluso puedes visitar la antigua sala de justicia. Tienes un tour gratuito de uno de los voluntarios increíblemente conocedores, lo cual es un verdadero placer y puedes tomar tantas fotos como desees. Vale la pena visitar, y la exposición en sí también merece la pena explorar con las explicaciones de tu guía. Definitivamente es una visita obligada si estás en la zona.

You go in the original cells and court house. Absolutely amazing history. Bradford is full of fantastic history and fabulous buildings.

Experiencia fantástica: What a wonderful tour today with Robin We got stuck in traffic & couldn’t find the museum , he came outside to wait for us & was so lovely & patient, we were a couple of minutes late but he was very kind, not irritated at all. Nothing was too much trouble for him. In fact we saw 2 other staff members & they too were very nice You could tell they loved what they do The tour was fantastic, very informative, I don’t know how robin remembered it all. Worth every penny & more, fantastic Would go again

Experiencia fantástica: Had a fun tour with Robin. He was extremely informative and interesting. Very good at interacting with the group. Our 11 year old grandaughter really enjoyed it. She was amazed at some of the things from the olden days. All the staff were friendly and helpful, making our day out really enjoyable. Enjoyed looking in the museum shop which was reasonably priced, with some nice little gifts.

Martin and the other staff were very friendly and showed us around, including the drama of the court room and the dark and dimly lit cells! Not recommended for the under 10's! The exhibition in the museum itself was very interesting. Worth noting that there are no toilets on site.

Experiencia fantástica: We visited the museum on a wet grey Saturday morning and were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. Had a guided tour by Stan who was very informative and full of interesting facts. A hidden little gem in Bradford and well worth a visit .

Experiencia fantástica: Really enjoyed the visit to the Police Museum, the staff are really friendly and our tour guide, Charlie, was really informative, giving us an insight into the history of policing in Bradford City. Lovely to learn the differences (and similarities) to how GMP’s predecessors operated, before it was founded in 1974. Lovely to talk to David outside, giving tips on joining the police, and him telling us about his time in the job. Would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such an amazing experience at Bradford police museum! The tour was a great insight into the history of policing in Bradford, and I learned so much about famous people who have used this place to film court scenes, such as Emmerdale and Peaky Blinders. The inside of the place was incredible, especially the courtroom and prison cells, which were used to film some of the most iconic scenes in television history. The tour guide was really good and explained everything in detail, making it both entertaining and informative. He even gave us tasks to test ourselves, which allowed us to experience how it felt to work as a police officer. We were allowed to take photos and film, but there was one part of the tour where we weren't allowed to take photos or film, which was a cell that had many names of people. As a criminology student, this tour helped me out massively, and I learned so much that I never knew before. Even though I attend historical events at cemeteries, this tour helped me understand the history of policing in a whole new way. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the history of policing or just wants to have a fun and informative experience!

Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing and arresting experience! Best afternoon ever in Bradford. Our guide, Dave, was so interesting and knowledgeable, loved it !

Experiencia fantástica: A fascinating look at a bit of the old Bradford, a real step back in time. The cells are very atmospheric and largely untouched, so you really get a sense of how grim it must have been...very thought provoking. If you've never stood in a dock, well here's your chance! The court room still has its Victorian grandeur and, if you can manage the stairs up, is really worth a look. There were only the two of us in our group so we had the undivided attention of our knowledgeable guides, Stan and Jack, who really brought the experience to life. Well worth a visit.

The lady didn't seem to understand why it was refused however it would have promoted the museum throughout Facebook network encouraging tourists but why holiday in Yorkshire if you can't record your visit My Advice don't visit Bradford or the museum as your not welcome
