Experiencia positiva: I was quite impressed at the newly make over of Nottingham castle, with friendly, helpful staff. There is a lot more amazing new exhibits,the robin hood adventure, which I personally enjoyed, there is interactive games you can play, dressing up, and lots of selfie opportunities, lots of things to and interact with. Affordable to its £ 13 or £10 if your local to Nottingham,& that Gives you a years pass, great value. There's cafe, gift shops. The only thing I found was the toilets were not very well keep. But overall a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Grade I listed fortification built in 1252-1255 for Henry III. You can clearly see the medieval architecture of the bridge and lower towers vs the Victorian renovation of the upper towers and gate house. A monumental worth spending more than a few moments at since everything else on the site, including the actual Nottingham Castle, was demolished in 1651 (“Nottingham Castle” as we know it today is actually a Stuart era ducal palace).
