Experiencia fantástica: Manuel is a wonderful tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the region, its culture and its wine. Picked us up at our hotel in Porto and drove us out to the Pinhao area, stopping at wineries and for an excellent lunch prepared by his mother. His father also gave us an excellent rundown of the history of Portugal and the makeup of the Portuguese land at their museum while serving us lunch. Overall, it was the highlight of our 12-day stay in Portugal. Highly recommend a tour by Manuel. You will not be disappointed and the views of the Douro River Valley will take your breath away!

Experiencia fantástica: We stumbled passed while exploring the town and met Alberto and his wife. They gave us an extensive tour of the museum and the pottery area. It was impressive to listen to Alberto and learn more about the Douro region. Afterwards, Alberto hooked us up to have a local experience during Culture Week from August 1st and 4th and we were lucky to experience vibe. Great people and worth to visit. I hope to try the food at some point too

Experiencia fantástica: We spent the day touring with Manuel, and had a beautiful lunch at his family home. Everything was perfect! The food was beyond delicious (made by his mom). Manuel's father gave us a very informative explanation of the history of the land and its people. His ceramic studio is something we would love to return to!

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to thank Dear Alberto Tapada and Manuel Tapada to A great experience, a combination of tradition, fine food, amazing port wine, we visited on April 23 and enjoyed the experience, the conversation, we got a lot of knowledge about the area, we did a ceramics experience that we really liked, from Forto we actually passed through this place to the Douro Valley and it was the most successful choice , because after the amazing explanations we understood the entire area from a geographical and geological point of view much better, and the road from ther to the valley was amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Visiting Come Na 2 was the coolest thing we did in Portugal. From the house itself, the small museum, the pottery class, local tour and home-made meal, it was truly a rich cultural experience. It was also a great value and the unique hand-made black pottery is very well priced. The knowledgeable Tapada family are excellent hosts and ambassadors. Be sure to ask Mr. Tapada about space tourism if you have a chance - what a visionary and inspiring person!

Experiencia fantástica: Na olaria o Manuel teve a amabilidade e paciência de nos conduzir e transportar para o momento. Superou as nossas expectativas, para repetir! Muito agradecidos também ao Schuster que posteriormente nos entregou as peças ! No Museu - um retornar ao passado para compreender o presente com uma coletânea de conhecimento transmitido pelo Alberto, que foi o ser humano ideal para nos guiar nesse sentido. Para que tem sede de conhecimento aconselhamos bastante, após sairmos de lá, a nossa visão sobre a região foi muito mais ampliada a tudo o que observamos. Ao Almoço, quem quiser ter fome deve fugir- tornou-se impossível resistir a tudo o que vinha para cima da mesa. Comida tradicional portuguesa, um ambiente de conforto e com muitos muitos sorrisos. Experiencia fantástica: Expérience extraordinaire avec une visite du musée spécialisé en géologie et des objets riches en histoires. On en apprend beaucoup sur l’histoire du Portugal mais aussi sur la poterie, l’argile et les terres. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans une ambiance familiale pour le dîner. Je recommande à 100% si vous cherchez un endroit convivial, plein d’histoire, tenu par des passionnés qui ont le sens de l’accueil. Ps: les hôtes parlent un très bon français, mais aussi anglais et espagnol. Merci merci merci à Rosa Maria et Alberto pour cette magnifique soirée

Experiencia fantástica: Senhora extremamente simpatica. Disponivel para nos fazer uma breve visita guiada mesmo nao tendo reserva. Adoramos conhecer a olaria e como funciona. As diferente pedras no nosso Portugal. Aconselhamos muito uma visita ao espaço. Como fizemos a nacional 2 compramos um macro em barro que por acaso perguntamos se vendiam. E sim.

Experiencia fantástica: We hebben hier een wine tasting gedaan, maar kregen daar (onverwacht) een geschiedenisles bij. Over hoe het gebied ontstaan is en nog veel meer. Bovenal kregen we lekkere hapjes bij de goede wijnen! En werden we als kers op de taart nog meegenomen naar de viewpoint. Bedankt aan de familie die dit heeft mogelijk gemaakt, jullie zijn geweldig!
