Experiencia positiva: Well worth a look for the scientifically curious, particularly for the princely sum of $0. Smells a bit dusty and in need of better airflow.

Experiencia fantástica: I went for the opportunity to see the dripping pitch, and it was everything I hoped for. You could spend an hour in the tightly crammed museum. Having the audio guide is really helpful since I don't have a science background and had no idea what most of the collection was for.

Experiencia positiva: Very interesting, but also very small. Swing by if you are in the area, it's a good time, but it's also a short time and nothing to make plans for.

Experiencia fantástica: The UQ Physics Museum is situated in the Parnell building and is a fantastic place for those wanting to look at a small collection of historical physics instruments. I highly recommend following some of the audio tours available online. A key part of the Museum is also the Pitch Drop experiment, which is brilliant to learn the history behind while being a little uninteresting to watch. Overall, if you're at the University of Queensland and looking for something to do - the Physics Museum is a great way to pass the time while learning something new.

Experiencia positiva: The UQ Physics museum consists mostly of three cabnets in a hallway within the physics block. Two of these cabnets (not pictured) house an array of scientific equipment used in the past, the other cabinet (pictured) houses the famous Pitch Drop Experiment, which has been running for over 100 years.
