Experiencia fantástica: Un museo impresionante que exhibe la vida de varios animales, desde los grandes hasta los pequeños. Hay telescopios que permiten ver con claridad. Minerales, fenómenos naturales, exploración y muchas otras cosas. Lo que más me impresionó fue el esqueleto de una ballena gigante. ¡Es increíble!

Experiencia positiva: The University Museum in Bergen, originally the Bergen Museum, consists of the Cultural History Collections, the Section for External Cultural Heritage Protection, the Natural History Collections with the Museum Garden, and the Arboretum and Botanical Garden at Milde. The museum was an important part of the foundation for the establishment of the University of Bergen in 1946, and is now an integral part of the university. There are large museum collections in cultural and natural history gathered at the institution. Multidisciplinary research and dissemination have always had a high priority. As a regional museum in Western Norway, Bergen's museum will function as a regional competence and dissemination center for other museums, the school system, the political environment, business and the public. The museum was named "Museum of the Year" in 2021. Universitetsmuseet i Bergen, opprinnelig Bergens museum, består av De kulturhistoriske samlingene, Seksjon for ytre kulturminnevern, De naturhistoriske samlingene med Muséhagen, og Arboretet og Botanisk hage på Milde. Museet var en viktig del av grunnlaget for etableringen av Universitetet i Bergen i 1946, og er nå en integrert del av universitetet. Det er store museale samlinger innen kultur- og naturhistorie samlet ved institusjonen. Flerfaglig forskning og formidling har hele tiden hatt høy prioritet. Som landsdelsmuseum på Vestlandet skal Bergens museum fungere som et regionalt kompetanse- og formidlingssenter for andre museer, skoleverket, politiske miljø, næringsliv og publikum. Museet ble i 2021 kåret til "Årets museum".

Experiencia negativa: This review refers only to the natural science part of the exhibition, as the rest was closed for renovations. The museum is housed in a beautiful, old and well-maintained building. As a result, however, it is not handicapped accessible in any way. Bags or backpacks must be placed in lockers, but this is free and no deposit is required. There are very nice and interesting exhibits and a lot of stuffed animals. Unfortunately, that's where the enthusiasm ends. You don't have to be a biologist to realize that the exhibits are sorted and presented in a didactically disastrous way. If I didn't know the systematics, I wouldn't have been a bit smarter afterwards. The texts are arranged in a confusing way, partly difficult to assign to the exhibits, but at least in Norwegian and English. Unfortunately, it is difficult to see where Norwegian ends and English begins. The glass panes of most of the showcases are not really smooth, so that one is prevented from looking at them by optical distortions. A lot of money was spent here and proved that this is not enough. Museum pedagogically a disaster. Completely unsuitable for children. Nothing to touch, try out or experience. During the tour, one repeatedly finds photos of more or less naked women, whose meaning remains completely unclear. In addition, they tried to scientifically substantiate the woken gender mania with absurd examples. Unfortunately, one is no longer safe from ideology even in a natural history museum. Too bad.

Experiencia fantástica: Die schönste gestaltete Ausstellung, in der ich bisher war. Jeder Raum ist interessant und durchdacht gestaltet und bietet viel zu lernen und auszuprobieren. Tolle Exponate auch. Die Wachsfiguren "Mensch" fand ich etwas unheimlich, da sie so echt wirken. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie mit Fachwissen ausgestattet. Es ist einen Besuch wert, wenn nicht sogar mehrere!

Experiencia fantástica: Muzeum które znajduje się w ładnej okolicy a w środku szatnie, kawiarnia, toalety, winda. Bardzo ładna i ciekawa wystawa która pokazuje sporo zwierząt i okazów skał. Na kilku piętrach rozmieszczone pomieszczenia w których są ustawione imitacje szkieletów oraz gabloty w których są rozmieszczone eksponaty.

Experiencia fantástica: Very much worth a visit

Experiencia positiva: An extensive display of religious artefacts from the time around the Reformation. Otherwise, a few smaller displays about theater and knitting. The display about the Vikings did not give any history of the time, just told about how some of the artefacts were stolen and are still missing. I understand that this was awful and they want the artefacts returned, but it did totally take over the historic element of the display.

Experiencia positiva: Such a wonderful trip inside the museum in this windy and rainy day in Bergen. We had a short trip with a group of ladies in the museum. It's really big and spacious with organize specimens and displays. Useful and easy to understand of each information given to. You will get confused where to go first cause everything is very wild, very scientific and you definitely curious to yourself and would likely to stay longer cause 1 hour wont be enough, sadly. Friendly staffs, have a really nice wardrobe for jackets and bags. Hope you enjoy visiting the museum. And better to be there early cause 1 hour trip is very short and you will get a cliffhanger feeling if you dont see it everything.And dont forget to visit there cafe so cozy and serves nice food and warm drinks.

Experiencia fantástica: Det var veldig kjekt å se hvor flott det har blitt både på Naturhistorisk- og Historisk Museum. Vi brukte en hel dag i museene og spiste en god lunsj i kafeen. Det er imidlertid en ting som vi synes kan forbedres. Inne i montrene står det informasjon om de utstilte objektene. Denne informasjonen er på svært liten skrift i tillegg til at skråstillingen er feil. Dette gjør det svært vanskelig å lese denne informasjonen. Jeg håper dette kan løses på en billig og enkel måte.

Experiencia positiva: It was... Alright. Maybe my expectations where a bit too high after the Maritime Museum next to it. The museum staff was very friendly and informative and handed me some info material. The place was also clean and easy to find. The biggest issue I had though was the lack of light in the museum. Additionally many of the exhibition pieces (rather small objects) were placed quite far behind the glass. In combination with the lack of light this it made it difficult to examine and the objects properly. If you have the bergen card this museum is free, otherwise I‘m not sure if I would want to pay for it. Nevertheless some really nice and interesting exhibition pieces from various epochs!

Experiencia fantástica: Un descubrimiento, saliendo del museo marítimo lo encontré. Encontré muchas cosas interesantes. Me gusto en especial su sección de egipto, porque aunque era pequeña, no era tan agobiante como en otros museos, muy claro e interesante. Otra de sus secciones que mas me gusto es la relacionada con el arte religioso y la vida de de San Olav, los trabajos en madera son impresionantes, vale la pena visitarla. Otra de las secciones que no esperaba encontrar es la del peligro de lis plásticos en el mar, y su efecto nocivo en las ballenas y los efectos de la contaminación del plástico La escultura de Vanuatu es impresionante A lo que hay que sumar la. Experiencia fantástica: In the University Museum of Bergen are located several exhibitions concerning prehistory and history of Western Norway (Vestlandet). Downstairs are presented nice exhibitions dedicated to the Viking Age and Stone Age. At exhibition related to Viking period is shown the history of different artefacts (e.g. jewellery, weaponry) which were robbed on 14th August 2017 and retrieved in October 2017. This fascinating exhibition presents also basic problems connected with the conservation of various archaeological finds. Stone Age exhibition presents the various finds dated to this period which were discovered in Norway. At other exhibitions in the University Museum of Bergen are presented in an interesting way medieval art (e.g. beautifully decorated portals), the art of western Norway and history of theatre. In my opinion, during the visit to the University Museum of Bergen, we can not only see nice exhibited finds but also learn a lots of interesting facts about prehistory and history of Western Norway. Totally worth visiting!

Experiencia negativa: Møter opp og ser at det er stengt pga oppussing, men på nett står det at museet er åpent. Hadde det ikke vært en idé og oppdatere nettsidene deres. Dere kan jo bruke en edb maskin dere også.

Experiencia fantástica: Spændende museum med mange gode historier at fortælle. Rigtig god udstilling baseret på deres indbrud i 2017! Og man kan låne en fin polet til garderoben hvis man som jeg ikke har norske kontanter med her op.

Experiencia fantástica: Høgdepunktet er kyrkjekunstsamlinga (mykje frå Indre Sogn!). Elles er "plastkvalen" utstilt (eller i alle fall plasten). Vikingtidutstillinga er i hovudsak eit monument over det dramatiske innbrotet i 2017, då 400 gjenstandar forsvann frå museet etter at tjuvar braut seg inn via stillas i 7. etasje. 300 av gjenstandane kom seinare att, men i til dels dårleg forfatning. Det alle lurar på, men som utstillinga ikkje gjev svar på, er: Kven var tjuvane? Samlarar? Studentar på nachspiel? Eller er det noko politisk korrekt her, ei gruppe som ikkje skal hengjast ut?

Experiencia fantástica: This museum has probably the most fantastic exhibit on churches in Norway I've ever seen. Not to mention the other exhibits. The first floor didn't have a lot of English translations, but the exhibits were still easy to understand and absolutely fantastically put together. The rest of the museum had full translations for everything in English and Norwegian. Lastly, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeg synes det er fantastisk at det har åpnet igjen men, dummt at det stenger kl 16 de burde ha åpent lengre ca. til 17-18 i hverdager og i helgen 19-20. Det går og kjenne seg litt igjen men, samtidig annerledes i forhold til før de stengte.
