Experiencia fantástica: Great hidden away exhibition that illustrates Dundee's connection with zoology and biology, and sadly, the exploitation of other peoples. Our guide was excellent. Alex was knowledgeable and helpful. I could have spent longer there, but Dundee parking restrictions intervened, as they so often do.

Experiencia fantástica: Really nice collection. Visited on open day during UofD science festival. My kids (primary age) were fascinated and excited to see how some of their favourite animals actually look like or size they are.

Experiencia fantástica: Extensive zoology collection for everyone who loves to see what animals and insects are made of. The guides were very friendly and visits to the museum are ticketed. Could spend about an hour here to view all the exhibits!

Experiencia fantástica: Held in one large and very hot (in summer) room, this collection has loads of information and specimens collected over D'Arcy's life. If you have any interest in zoology or old scientific process, you will enjoy this collection.

Experiencia fantástica: A room packed with surprises, hidden away and open on Friday afternoons in the summer (though the winter would be better!). There was a nice man staffing it when we went. There were games on paper for children to fill in but he was very tolerant of our rather more excitable "Can you find the...." made up game. Considering it's (mostly) one room filled with fairly old and musty specimens it had a nice feeling and afforded a lot of enjoyment for quite a long time.
